What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for clients – by phone and in person
- Process policy changes, payments, billing questions, and claims support
- Build relationships and identify client needs to offer the right coverage solutions
- Educate clients on coverage and cross-sell when appropriate
- Follow up on leads, make outbound calls, and assist with closing sales
- Keep the office organized, upbeat, and client-ready at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
✔ Strong communication & multitasking skills
✔ A positive, team-first attitude and genuine desire to help people
✔ Dependable, self-motivated, and coachable
✔ Confident working with clients and turning conversations into opportunities

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
